Terms and Conditions: By accepting, and signing this agreement you acknowledge that you have READ and UNDERSTAND all information outlined listed on our website, agree to allow The Nursing Institute to collect non-refundable fees/tuition for registrations and enrollments of all trainings, and authorize all credit/debit card payments. Additionally, a Student Affidavit / Polices and Procedures will be given to the student on the first day of class.
PAYMENT PLANS - If the student will be using a payment plan. The STNA payment plan: $250 in addition to the $25 registration fee is due at the time of application, and the remaining balance of $150 is due the first day of training. The HHA payment plan: $150 in addition to the $25 registration fee is due at the time of application, and the remaining balance of $50 is due the first day of training. Clients interested in Medication Certification, Medication Certification Renewal, and CPR/First Aid Trainings does not have payment plan options. Please contact TNI to make full payment.
